Till now when you publish a new post to blogger, the confirmation page had links only to your blog, which made it very difficult for you to view your post page especially if you edited an old post and wanted to see how it looks.
But now it's different. Now you have a link to the post you created just now called "View Post" . So you can directly see the post you made.
