Twitter to Facebook connecting trouble, I have solved this problem.

Problem: need to connect the twitter account to Facebook, start using the twitter app for Facebook and thus be able to post to twitter from Facebook, and get tweets selectively published as Facebook status update.
But when going to twitter settings, to do so, the page says Facebook.com seems to be having trouble at the moment. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please see our help article for troubleshooting tips.

This was tried by me from mobile

Solution:
Why this happened for me was because I had connected my twitter account to Facebook far back, and it was already having some permissions, but not the one it required to post to Facebook.
So,
Step 1) go to a cafe
2) go to twitter settings
3) disconnect the Facebook account that you've already connected
4) connect it again.
Done!
